Our gift vouchers can be e-mailed instantly at any time, making it the ideal last minute gift.
You simply choose where you think the person receiving it would most like to shop,
how much you wish to spend and then order your gift voucher.
You can choose to have the gift voucher delivered by either e-mail or by post. If you select e-mail delivery, your gift voucher
will be sent on the date selected. If this is today, it will be e-mailed immediately to your nominated delivery email.
If you select by post, the gift voucher will be sent within 24 hours and delivered by Australia Post generally
within 2 to 5 working days depending on delivery address (giftvouchers.com is based in Sydney).
If a future date is selected for postal delivery we will try to ensure that the gift voucher arrives on or before the date.
Step 1 - Selecting a Retailer or SUPERVOUCHER
There are a number of easy ways to shop for your gift card or email voucher.
You can choose from the large selection of retailers that we have listed on our site, or if you can't
decide what would suit a SUPERVOUCHER allows your gift recipient to choose.

To choose a retailer, use any of the following:
- Fast Shop - If you already know which retailer you wish to purchase from, simply go to the
Fast Shop box on the top left hand side of the page and select a retailer from the pull down menu.
- Shopping Departments - you can see all the retailers in each of the listed categories by
clicking on your choice.
Step 2 - Ordering your gift card or email voucher
- Once you have selected the store or brand, or decided on a SUPERVOUCHER, simply click on the 'Order Gift Voucher'
button and fill out the order form including all the necessary details to personalise the gift card or email
voucher for the receiver. You can then add it to your shopping cart.
- Your shopping cart will allow you to modify your purchases and order another if you wish to do so.
- When you have finished shopping, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
- You will then enter our Secure Payment page. Fill in all the required fields including your Credit
Card details and click on the 'Proceed' button.
- Your Credit Card details will be processed through a secure network and authorised by the bank
Delivery options
You can choose to have the gift voucher delivered either by e-mail or by post.
* If you select e-mail delivery, your gift voucher will be sent on the date selected.
* Postal gift vouchers will be sent by standard mail through Australia Post.
E-mail Delivery
E-mail voucher purchase: A delivery fee of AUD 2.75 ( inclusive of GST ) applies.
Postal (Gift Card & Paper Voucher)
Postal voucher purchase: By standard post: A postage and handling fee of AUD 4.95 ( inclusive of GST ) applies.
By Express Post (
within Australia only ): A postage and handling fee of AUD 6.95 ( inclusive of GST ) applies.
Postal gift vouchers will be sent by standard mail through Australia Post*. Express Post ( this service is only
available for deliveries within Australia ) gift vouchers will be sent by Australia Post's Express Post Service. If posted on a business day*, Express Post gift vouchers will be delivered the next business day to locations within Australia's "Express Post Next Business Day Network". Beyond these networks, the fastest possible delivery is provided.
*All deliveries are subject to approval of online payment. Orders for gift vouchers placed on business days between the hours of 9am - 3pm (Australian EST) are generally processed immediately. Purchases made outside these hours, on weekends or public holidays may take upto 48 hours to process. giftvouchers.com will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect or incomplete delivery or payment information submitted by the purchaser.
Gift Card
The recipient will receive a branded EFT card (similar to a debit card) for the retailer of the purchaser’s choice. The card will have the card number printed on the front. The back of the card will have printed the expiry date, gift card value, access PIN (to be entered into the EFTPOS terminal) under a scratch panel and the Terms and Conditions. The card will come enclosed in the retailer’s branded or giftvouchers.com wallet which includes the personal message that has been submitted by the purchaser.
E-mail Voucher
The recipient will receive an email from postmaster@giftvouchers.com with an attachment containing the e-mail voucher. The e-mail voucher will be branded with the retailer of the purchaser’s choice and will include the voucher claim code, value and validity period. Information on how to use the gift voucher as well as Terms and Conditions of Use will also be included.
Paper Voucher
The recipient will receive a thick, gloss, paper voucher branded for the retailer of the purchaser’s choice. The paper voucher will include the voucher claim code, value and validity period. A personal message submitted by the purchaser will be printed. The back of the paper voucher will include the Terms and Conditions of Use and information on where the voucher can be used.
We can accept your payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) or if you have a giftvouchers.com SUPERVOUCHER, this may also be used. More than one giftvouchers.com SUPERVOUCHER may be used to process your payment as well as partial payments of credit card and giftvouchers.com SUPERVOUCHER.
With giftvouchers.com, you order and pay for your goods on-line. For this reason, you will be
required to provide your credit card details - but without worry. Credit card
details are enciphered when you enter them and only deciphered on reaching the payment gateway linked
to the banking network.
This is how it works. When you choose to pay for the goods in your shopping cart, you go to
the payment page which is within a secure socket layer. This means that no-one else on the
Internet can see you entering your personal details. Your credit card details are then encrypted and
are sent to the payment gateway linked to your country's major banking network. Because
we do not store your credit card information, credit card details will need to be re-entered
for each visit to our site.
We do randomly check validity of new customers on giftvouchers.com, and while putting in place the most
up-to-date safety procedure possible to protect your personal information, we do not take responsibility
for personal details (including credit card numbers) submitted over the Internet.
1. Your retailer gift voucher
a) At the nearest retailer's physical store:
- Visit the store, taking the gift card or voucher with you.
- Once you have selected your purchase, the store person will validate your voucher by
contacting the giftvouchers.com database. Please note that it is up to the individual store
whether or not they give you an in-store voucher in place of any unused balance on your giftvouchers.com
gift voucher. It is generally preferred that you use the whole value of your giftvouchers.com gift voucher.
b) At the retailer's web site (on-line retailer):
- To redeem your gift voucher on-line, go to the website of the retailer (the address will be listed
on your gift voucher), and follow the instructions at the site.
2. Your SUPERVOUCHER

A credit Card Verification Value or Credit Card Verification (also called Card Code Verification) number is a number printed on the back of a credit card. It is used to check that the card is physically in the possession of a person placing an order over the telephone or on the internet.
Each Gift Card has an access Personal Identification Number (PIN). As Gift Cards work in EFTPOS terminals similar
to debit cards, a Gift Card PIN must be entered when making redemptions on your gift card.
Your Gift Card PIN can be found under the scratch panel on the back of your Gift Card.
Order fulfillment is determined by the quantity. From the time our Customer Relations Team receive your order, e-mail vouchers are generally issued within 24-48 hours. For postal vouchers allow 3-5 business days.
