- giftvouchers.com is an online business of ReD Prepaid Cards Australia Pty Ltd (ReD)
- By completing the member registration or payment process, you have provided your information to ReD. Information provided by you when purchasing a gift voucher through the Giftvouchers.com web site, may be required to be disclosed by ReD to the retailer of that gift voucher.
- ReD will not disclose your name, address or email address to any retailer (apart from, if necessary, the retailer from whom you purchased a gift voucher on the ReD site if you have consented to promotional material being sent by a particular retailer) without your prior written consent unless it is required to do so by law or in legal proceedings where that information is relevant.
- ReD will not provide your phone numbers to any third party and your phone numbers will only be used by ReD for the purpose of following up on a gift voucher order, purchase or transaction.
- Additional personal details which may be provided by you from time to time are stored on our secure servers in an encrypted format. Registered Users can access their personal details and amend them within the Registered Users area.
